# Approvals / Rejections by assignee

Only relevant and only rendered for Decision steps. Count of this step’s rejections and approvals across all instances - grouped by Assignee, within the given period.

Step numbers are shown as stacked bars of different colors:

* Number of steps were approved (1) - green
* Number of steps were rejected (2) - red

Click "Expand" button (3) to make chart be rendered on full browser window size. This can be useful when chart contains lot of data, or when making a presentation. In expanded state a "Collapse" button will be shown instead of it:

Chart displays actual value when mouse is hovered on proper bar (4):

First click on bar (of any color) will show extended information (4) - number of approvals/rejections. Second click on bars will be a link (5) that opens proper Record Page for that process in the new browser tab:

If the process has no started instances matching selected period, this chart will show "There is no data" text only.
