# Standard actions library

These are pre-built actions for user assistance.

## Proceed Parent

Proceed Parent allows to complete parent step from the [Subprocess](/processes/building-a-process/adding-subprocesses.md).

* Select "Proceed Parent" Action from Library/Standard and drop on the step/Connector
* Fill in Operation with required action
* Optionally fill in other fields

## Clear History By Steps

Clear History By Steps allows to delete history details from step.

* Select "Clear History By Steps" Action from Library/Standard and drop on the step
* Fill in Status and Step Names with required values
* Optionally add other conditions you need

Clear History By Steps allows to delete history details from step.

* Select "Clear History By Steps and Date" Action from Library/Standard and drop on the step
* Fill in Status, Step Names and Date with required values
* Optionally add other conditions you need

## Recalculate Gantt Dates

Recalculate Gantt Dates allows to recalculate Start Dates and Due Dates of steps in the Gantt chart.

* Select "Recalculate Gantt Dates" Action from Library/Standard and drop on the step
* You do not need populate anything (all parameters are already prepopulated), but you can change preset values to matching your needs
